If you (the parent) already have a RelayHealth account

If you already have a RelayHealth account to communicate online with your own physician, you can use that same account to communicate with an NMPG pediatrician on behalf of your children. Log in to your RelayHealth account, then click "Add a Family Member" on the Reminders section on your home page.

Forgot your RelayHealth user ID or password?

Even if you yourself are not an NMPG patient, you can still register to communicate on behalf of your children. Register for yourself in RelayHealth, but you don’t have to select a doctor for yourself. You can still add your children to your account and select your NMPG pediatrician as your children’s doctor.

PLEASE NOTE - NMPG is able to accept only one online messaging relationship for each child. If two parents both have RelayHealth accounts, you will need to decide which account you wish to use to communicate online with NMPG Pediatrics on behalf of your child.
